How do I return/exchange product?Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt, provided that a copy of the receipt is included, the merchandise is unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Please include the returns form provided in the box. In the event you have lost the returns form, please add a copy of your invoice stating what you would like us to do. Please read the Shipping & Return Policy for specific instructions. Returns From Outside The UK – Important If you are sending items back to us from outside the UK, please fill value of the return as £10 and mark it as 'NOT SOLD RETURN' in capital letters. Can I return socks?Yes, it is possible to return. However, when considering returning a pair of socks, please note that due to the nature of personal care and health-related products, socks that have been worn will not be eligible for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please making sure that you have checked the correct size before your placing order. Please ensure the socks are unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Can I return shoes?Yes, as long as the shoes are unused, and in its original condition and packaging and the returning day is within the 28 days of receipt. We are sorry that we don’t accept the fencing shoes are not at the original condition, this includes the packaging, upper, bottom, sides, and surface of the shoes. When considering returning a pair of fencing shoes, keep in mind that fencing shoes are designed to protect the fencers by reducing damage from accidental overextended lunges, which includes the sides, upper, and bottom. If the side, upper surface, or bottom is repeatedly dragged along the floor due to overextended lunges, it will cause damage that is not covered by the warranty.
